Our application process is quick, simple and all digital. If you are interested in applying for a lease please click the button below and you will be redirected to an application via Buildium. There is a fee via TransUnion of $30 for a credit check. Once submitted we will review and process your application and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
 

Move-Out Process

If you are a current tenant and will be moving out of one of our properties please make sure to follow the below steps to ensure a fast turnaround time for your security deposit:

  1. Schedule a time with the property management team to complete a move-out inspection of your bedroom. If you need any help with contact information please reach out to iliadleasing@gmail.com

  2. Complete the move-out survey to confirm the correct address to which your security deposit should be mailed to.
