Who We Are
As a recent graduate from RPI I can understand the frustration and annoyance of trying to find an apartment near campus. Whether it was distant landlords or outdated buildings, it felt like the whole experience was painful and frozen in time. Why was the idea of good customer experience a novel concept even if we were just “dumb” and “disrespectful” college students?
It was from these experiences and pain points that our approach to off campus housing at RPI was shaped:

The Iliad
The Iliad is a company focused on providing off-campus housing for RPI students where student feedback is the main driver of its design. We are constantly looking to improve our properties by adding convenient smart home technologies and a growing list of amenities to provide the best possible off-campus living experience.
